Jana Uselton – Owner/Operator
My name is Jana Uselton, and I reside in The Colony, Texas, with my wonderful husband, Tim, and our 2 precious boys, Zach and Blake. The most important things in my life are Faith, Family, and Friends. I have a Business Degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas, where I also studied Real Estate and Interior Design. I have always enjoyed decorating and have a high interest in realty.
I founded Model My Home in 2002 and received my Staging Certification through Center Stage Homes as a Home Staging Expert (H.S.E.). We host several workshops each year for those who would like to earn their own Staging Designation. I also teach MCE training courses to Real Estate agents as the Regional Staging Instructor for Republic Title.
My husband is a Chiropractor in Carrollton, TX at Trinity Chiropractic Center. We attend Calvary Christian Center in The Colony, where we are Deacons, worship leaders, and youth sponsors with Hooked Student Ministries. We enjoy going to visit my parents in Paris (Texas) and riding 4-wheelers and fishing at their cabin. We also enjoy cruising the Caribbean and traveling to Australia to visit with our friends at Hillsong.

Bridgit Kingsbery – Home Staging Expert/Marketing Director
My name is Bridgit Kingsbery and I live in The Colony with my awesome husband, Clent, and my amazing son, Kyle. We attend Calvary Christian Center in The Colony where I have the pleasure of being a part of the Hungry Hearts Food Pantry Ministry. We all enjoy spending time with our large extended family, our amazing friends and church family.

Kimberly Hartley – Home Staging Expert/Office Coordinator
My name is Kimberly, and I have been the Office Coordinator for Model My Home since 2009. I am also wife to my love, Lucas, and mom to 5 beautiful daughters. So, as you can imagine, I am accustomed to fielding lots of questions and multi-tasking!
After working in the medical field for many years providing patient care, I decided to use my creative side to help people and joined the Model My Home team. Working with Model My Home has been such a personal blessing to me, and I thouroughly enjoy working with Homeowners, Agents, and Investors.
I also work with my husband who owns a lawn & landscaping company, Curb Appeal Lawn & Landscape. We attend Calvary Christian Center in The Colony where I am so blessed to use my passion for worship, singing with our praise team.

Tami Lantz – Home Staging Expert
I live in Prosper, TX, with my beautiful family, Bill, Logan and Cole. I have a BS Degree in Education and have been involved in the Education field for 15 years in various capacities.
I began my Interior Decorating career nine years ago after developing a passion for decorating friend’s and family’s homes. Decorating was second nature for me. In an effort to gain more knowledge and be more qualified in this field, I attended numerous training courses, workshops and seminars in the Dallas area and in Nashville. Word of mouth spread and so did my career path. Love for interior decorating became my desire.
I have helped families in the Metroplex and in Oklahoma for the past eight years with their decorating needs. In 2007, I began my own staging company but soon made contact with Jana at Model My Home and knew the decision to join the team was an easy one. Tina Looney – Home Staging Expert
I am a native Texan born and raised in Dallas. Although I majored in Psychology at Centenary College, I have always had a creative side with strong interest in the arts, decorating and layout, and real estate. While residing in Louisiana I was heavily involved in volunteer work, specializing in event planning and chairing fundraisers for numerous nonprofit and civic organizations.
Returning to the DFW area several years ago with my husband, Tim, a mortgage banker, was a chance to live closer to and spend more time with my family in Dallas. We are members of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Keller, and have enjoyed living in the area and developing new friendships and business relationships.
Becoming a Home Staging Expert with Model My Home has allowed me the opportunity to meet and work with some of the most dedicated and successful realtors in DFW. Helping realtors and sellers prepare properties for the real estate market is challenging, exciting, and rewarding. I absolutely love every aspect of Staging! Susan Nall – Home Staging Expert
My name is Susan Nall. After having lived in Amarillo, Billings, Montana, Houston and Midland (twice), my husband, Arnold and I moved from West Texas to Plano. With each move came a new or gently used house which I poured my creative energy into transforming from a house into our home. I simply love design, especially furnishings and treasures passed down from my grandmother.
Most recently, while living in Midland, I had the privilege of serving our church as the Director of Small Groups. As Director, my primary role was training and equipping servant leaders. My worked provided additional opportunities and as a church staff member, I enjoy the daily challenges of ministry, such as life coaching, counseling and special event planning…to name a few.

My name is Kelli Brady and I love designing and decorating homes and businesses inside and out! I have lived most of my life in Dallas,TX, and currently live in Southlake. My husband and I have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. As they get older I have more time on my hands to expand my love of decorating and painting to Home Staging!

I have a keen eye for detail and the heart of a teacher. This helps educate my clients on how to properly stage their home, secure a quick sale and achieve the best possible return from their investment.Now having tapped into the Real Estate world and becoming an Agent, I have armed myself with an assortment of resources, to help encourage homeowners and apartment dwellers to celebrate their individuality when selecting or designing their home.
