“Our realtor, Joanne Thede with Ebby Halliday Realtors, suggested we stage our home using Model My Home staging services. Our home was 28 years old and hadn’t been updated in 15 years.We called Model My Home. Susan Nall came over and walked through our entire home. She made several suggestions as to updates including repainting the entire home in a neutral color, removing all wall paper, replacing the carpet, updating window treatments, and updating the kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and installing neutral tile. She made other suggestions throughout the home and made recommendations for curb appeal. We agreed and made all the necessary changes.
