Our premier package includes designer selected key furniture pieces, along with art, textiles and accessories to define primary spaces within the home.
Our luxury package is premium designer selected furniture, upscale art and accessories, plus an additional layer of luxurious soft goods and personalized accents to fully engage buyers throughout the home.
Occupied Staging
Ideal for owners who are residing in their home during the selling process. We provide room-by-room or entire home makeovers, depending on the needs of the homeowner.
The items currently in the home are arranged in the best possible manner and can be supplemented with select items from our warehouse.
Model Home Staging
Partnering with us to market your next spec or model home allows you to utilize Designer level furniture, upscale art and accessories, plus an additional layer of luxurious soft goods on a rental basis, versus the higher cost of purchasing.
Many of our builders require a rental option that allows for this inventory to be transferred from model to model as a property sells which we can customize based upon desired rental term.
Short-Term Rentals
