| 3 Tips to Help your Client Relationships… |
| We absolutely LOVE Staging homes, but sometimes our clients can get in the way…so to speak.
How do we, as Professionals, provide the service they need without them being upset in the end or too involved in the process?
Here are some of our lessons learned:
COMMUNICATE! Make sure they understand the process of the service beforehand and show before and after pictures to help them get a visual of what to expect in the end. ASK KEY QUESTIONS! Is there anything they do not want you to move or what are their expections after the fact? FOLLOW-UP! Let them know when you are complete, and see if there is anything else they need. Then keep touching base to see how the home is showing every 2 weeks. They will know you really care!
