Each package includes the heart of the home; living room, primary bedroom, dining room, kitchen, entry, and all bathrooms. We recommend staging the office, media rooms, flex spaces, and other entertainment rooms/ rooms that could have multiple uses.
How long does the furniture stay in the home?
Our packages include 60 or 90 day agreements, with monthly extensions available.
Can I choose the furniture and decore?
Professional stagers create a design plan based on the property's interior, location, target buyer, and market conditions. The goal of home staging is to appeal to the largest amount of potential buyers. With that being said you can recommend the style you would like such as transitional, modern, contemporary, but our expert stagers are the ones who choose the furniture and decore.
Can staging help difficult floor plans?

How quickly can staging be completed?
Turnaround depends on scheduling, and the time of the year. Most projects can be scheduled within a week. On the day of the stage our team is in and out within a couple of hours.
Does Model My Home provide consultations?
Yes, consultations help determine the best staging strategy, and what rooms should be staged. Most homes can be designed based off of pictures, but for occupied home stages and large properties we will complete an in person assessment of the property.
When should I schedule my home to be staged?
Ideally you should have your home staged before professional photography, and before the home goes live on the market.
